General Return Policy 

Most damaged or defective items can be returned for an exact replacement if claim is placed within 2 days of delivery. Items must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.

Note: Our items are handcrafted and will contain variations in finish, texture and color. These are not considered flaws or defects but characteristics of the piece.

Damaged Products

Upon delivery, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage, faults, missing pieces or incorrect items immediately.

Please contact our customer service and send an email with all pictures requested within 48 hours of receiving your items if there is an issue with the product.

Please write any marks of damage to the packaging on the receipt document that you sign at the time of delivery - it is crucial for all damage claims and it is required by all insurance companies, vendors and shipping companies to honor damage claims and have a valid claim to submit. Remember, it’s your responsibility to make sure you note any damage to the box on the delivery receipt, take many photos, and report any damage claims within the required timeframe. Failure to comply with the Instructions for Receiving Freight will result in a denial for a damage claim from Fiore Verde.

• Please note the Carrier’s Delivery Receipt accordingly at the time of delivery:

1- Excessive damage – Take photos, note damages on the delivery receipt and refuse with driver. 

2- Visible damages – If there are visible damages that you are willing to accept, please note the damages on the delivery receipt.

3- Shortages – Note known shortages on the delivery receipt. 

4- Concealed damages/driver did not allow inspection – Please note ‘did not inspect/suspect damages’ on delivery receipt.

• Signing a delivery receipt without a pallet count or noted damages/shortages will result in denial of a claim

• If no pictures are received, your claim will be placed on hold during the 48-hour window until received.

• Authorized returns should be returned in the original carton and packing. Unauthorized returns will incur a 30% restocking fee and all freight.

What you need to know before you start a general return

  1. Please kindly DO NOT discard any original packaging or wrapping materials from the item(s) you received.
  2. You would need to package the same way when the item arrives to ensure the product meets the requirements for the carrier.
  3. A picture of the damage to the merchandise and the outer box, and a picture of the internal packaging needs to be provided so we can access its condition and return eligibility.  A quick video demonstrating the problem can be helpful as well.  
  4. You would need to cover the return shipping cost if there are no quality issues involved.
  5. Please send all the information above to:  orders@fioreverde.design

Item(s) must be:

  • In brand-new condition
  • Uninstalled and/or non-assembled
  • Unused, no pieces missing
  • With original tags and original packaging

A few items can’t be returned, including:

  1. Clearance items
  2. Customized items
  3. Offline purchase (items or parts not listed on our website)
  4. Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page
  5. Assembled or disassembled products
  6. Without original packaging or serious damage to the original packaging

If you don't notify us of damage via email within 2 business days:

  • We will not offer any refunds, free replacement parts, discounts, or exchanges under any circumstances.  After 2 business days, we are outside of our time window to file claims with the freight carrier or manufacturer.

Please note, some of our products may arrive with residue on them, which is a byproduct of the manufacturing process. Fiore Verde is not responsible for the costs associated with cleaning or removing manufacturing residue from delivered products.

Damaged or Defective Items or Wrong Item Shipped

Don’t worry, we replace all damaged or defective or wrong shipped items with an exact replacement and return shipping is on us. 

You can request to cancel your order within one hour of placing the order by emailing orders@fioreverde.design and then making a follow-up phone call during normal business hours to cancel. Delays in shipment are not cause for cancellation. Items shipped cannot be cancelled. Processing damage claims may take longer than expected depending on vendors' protocols.

Returns (Buyer’s Remorse)

All return requests must be submitted to orders@fioreverde.design no later than 24 hours of receiving the merchandise with pictures of product and the box attached as well as reason for return.

If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes. 

Transactions fees will also be deduced from your refund. Depending on what you used: If you used financing, this is often the highest. This can range from 2.9% + $0.30 to 5.99% + $0.30 for the transaction.

Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order our products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product. 

Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur a 30% restocking fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product. 

Your return confirmation email will include a shipping label. Print this shipping label and bring the package to a nearby drop-off location of FedEx, UPS or USPS. For special carriers (large, heavy, or fragile items), request your return in the same way listed above. Items qualifying for return or cancellation of any order after it is placed online will incur additional 4% handling fee.

Refund Process

Please allow one week to 10 business days to process your refund.

Supplement Terms

Damaged items means items that have been damaged in shipping.

All product issue inquiries may be best informed us within 48 hours of receipt along with the three types of pictures mentioned above, otherwise, after-sales inquiries after 48 hours of receipt might be affected negatively due to uncertain factors outside of the time frame.

Undeliverable and Refused Package

If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful for reasons such as refusal, invalid address, or lack of signature, resulting in reshipment or cancellation, you will be responsible for the additional handling and shipping fees that might occur.

Charge Back Claims

Charge-back claims will wave all claims with Fiore Verde and will be subject to recovering the initial $25 fee charged by the credit card company to process the claim, as well as recovery of our incurred administrative expenses (Minimum $400) plus all other expenses caused and assessed due to the claim. All fraudulent charge-back claims will go to collections.

 Unable to Deliver Product 

Customer is responsible to double-check the accuracy and suitability of the delivery address provided during the ordering process. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to structural deficiencies at the provided address, such as inaccessible roads, lack of proper signage, or any other factors such as small
elevators or spaces that prevent our delivery team from safely completing the delivery, Fiore Verde will not be held responsible for the failed delivery attempt. In such cases, customers will not be eligible for a refund, and the order will be considered delivered, with any additional delivery attempts subject to an
additional fee.  

Please note that we are not responsible for stolen items at your property - please file a claim with your insurance company. 

Warranty

Warranties vary depending upon the manufacturer - see individual product pages for details. Warranty damages occur over time and from use. If an item was damaged upon arrival, and not reported within the allotted time frame, that is not a warranty claim.
